The CEX/bridge/mixer/sanctions registry used across cashout mapping, risk flags, and the relationship graph. Only verified entries are used in lookups — a wrong label is worse than a missing one, so only add an entry once you've confirmed it against a real source (e.g. a block explorer's own label, an official bridge program list, the OFAC SDN list).
